Where do you ship?
The Bar Cartist can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. The Bar Cartist does not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to the complex customs regulations and duty rules The Bar Cartist is not currently shipping to non-US addresses. Hopefully we can send you product in the future! Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping & Handling Rates
The Bar Cartist currently ships all orders using USPS standard ground shipping methods. Your shipping & handling charges will be detailed and presented to you for your selection and acceptance during checkout for your specific order selection. Please use the table below to estimate your standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of your order.

When will my products ship out and be delivered?
All orders (excluding bar carts or bar tray tables) will ship from Dallas, TX within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date ordered. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on where your shipping address is located within the U.S. So, you should expect to have your order (excluding bar carts or bar tray tables) in your hands within five (5) business days from the time you place your order.
Christmas Deadline: All orders (excluding bar carts or bar tray tables) must be placed on or before Monday, December 18, 2017 to ensure delivery by Christmas day, December 25, 2017!
All bar cart and bar tray table orders will ship out within three (3) business days from the date ordered. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within five (5) business days depending on where your shipping address is located within the U.S. So, you should expect to have your bar cart or bar tray table in your hands within eight (8) business days from the time you place your order.
Christmas Deadline: All bar cart and bar tray table orders must be placed on or before Monday, December 11, 2017 to ensure delivery by Christmas day, December 25, 2017!
Please note that you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number once your order is processed. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your Spam folder under the email account you provided during checkout.
Our Promise to You
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right. We gladly accept the return of any product for an exchange or full refund within 30 days after placing your order and do not charge any restocking fees. Please refer below for our additional return policy details.
For returns due to product damage or defect, we will provide a full refund or exchange and cover the shipping costs. In these cases, we require that you send us an email (see below) with a brief explanation and photo(s) of the damaged/defected product.
For product returns that are not due to product damage or defect, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Please note, if you are returning a product not due to damage or defect, then you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (using our shipping discounts), as well as, the original costs to ship the product(s) to you (including if you received free shipping for meeting the free shipping threshold).
